SALES ADMIN INTERN (DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Order Processing
Track order fulfillment and coordinate with relevant teams until completion.
Create and process orders in the system accurately and timely.
Receive and verify dealer/customer orders (SKU, pricing, promotions/GWP, payment terms, invoice information).
Dealer & Customer Support
Handle inbound inquiries related to order status, stock availability, policies, and promotions.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, and Accounting teams to resolve issues promptly.
Dealer Contracts & Documentation
Collect and manage onboarding documents from dealers.
Follow up on contract signing progress and ensure documentation completeness.
Prepare dealer contracts and appendices using company templates.
Reporting & Administrative Support
Support other administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Assist in daily/weekly sales and order tracking reports.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas required; Pivot Table/VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP is a plus).
Final- year student or fresh graduate; available to work full- time.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail- oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately.
Previous internship experience in Sales Admin/Customer Service/Operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
