JOB DESCRIPTION
Task 1: Assist for VAT declaration:
Reconcile physical VAT invoices with data in SAP.
Record VAT output into SAP
Prepare VAT invoices list (output only)
Task 2: Act as Receivable Accountant for Wholesales channel:
Manage and verify correctness of account receivable, settlement and VAT or tax related
Collect payments from Wholesales customers to SAP
Keep track account receivable (by customers level) and remind Sales when overdue
Task 3: Act as Admin for Finance Department:
Filing department’s documents (Company licenses, contract, payments, …)
Create a logical filing system for the documents
Keep track documents in and out departments
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Finance/Accounting major, University level
Language: Good English (verbal & written)
Competencies: Ability to listen and attention to detail. Desire to learn and take initiative. Ability to work flexible in a team
IT Skills: MS Office
Professional: 3rd or 4th year student
Functional Skills: International Financial Accounting Standards and Vietnam accounting standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Intern, Retail will be responsible for the direct day- to- day sales reconciliation to upload SAP, as well as support on store operation & partners promotions
TASK 1: DAILY SALES RECONCILATION
Assist in update & managing customer data using internal systems
Support store team and line manager in inventory movement tracking and reconciliation
Provide administrative support for retail projects and seasonal campaigns
TASK 2: RETAIL
OPERATION SUPPORT
Support on store customers services, collaborate with Store Manager to prepare for new launching/ promotion to update frequent customers
Assist in monitor store compliance with operational standards and brand guidelines
Research partners and competitors promotion/ VM/ pricing monthly
Support store goods receive in peak time (He/She will work at store one day per week)
TASK 3: REPORT and OTHERS
Following up pending payment/ hard copies collection to suppliers/ vendors
Others assigned by line manager
ECUS, SAP, PBI report and all kinds
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Customs, Logistics, or a related field
