JOB DESCRIPTION
Accurately input and update data in the ERP system, including Purchase Orders (PO), inbound/outbound inventory, stock levels, supplier information, and invoices.
Support the Import–Export team in preparing customs documents, tracking customs clearance progress, and submitting electronic declarations via the VNACCS system.
Track and remind relevant stakeholders of important deadlines related to payments, inbound shipments, and document validity.
Prepare, review, scan and properly file import/export documents, including: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin (C/O), MSDS, customs documents, and purchase contracts.
Draft and send professional emails to suppliers, forwarders, customs authorities, and banks; coordinate internally with Procurement, Planning, Import–Export, and Accounting teams.
Monitor inventory levels, order status, and shipment ETA; extract data and prepare basic reports using Excel.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in English is plus.
University degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Management, or related fields.
Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems (MISA, Fast, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Strong logical thinking, ability to work with data and numbers accurately, and high attention to detail.
At least 06 months of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Import–Export / Operations Admin roles.
