JOB DESCRIPTION

· Communicatefindings and insights to the broader team and stakeholders
· Collaborate with traders and portfoliomanagers to convert research findings into deployable trading rules.
· Analyze backtesting results and refinelogic to improve model and agent performance.
· Automate reporting, evaluation, andexperiment tracking.
· Develop quantitative models, tradinglogic, and predictive signals.
· Build autonomous or semi- autonomousagents to run experiments, validate ideas, and iterate on research outputs.
· Create reusable research components,templates, and tools to accelerate agent- driven workflows.
· Integrate LLM- based agents into thequant research pipeline to automate repetitive modeling tasks.
· Design and implement agent- basedresearch workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, executablelogic and agent behavior.
· Good communication skills and ability to work in afast- paced research environment.
· Strong analytical and problem- solving capability.
· Familiarity or strong interest in LLM agents, agenticworkflows, AI- driven automation, or research agents.
· Bachelor’sdegree in mathematics, statistics, computerscience, finance, or a related field.
· Strong programming skills in Python, experience withquantitative logic, or time- series analysis.
