JOB DESCRIPTION
Gather and input information, data, records; manage database and draft project reports
Study on facilities management, industrial practice and highlight key concerns and summarize the findings
Translate and interpret documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
Follow up, coordinate with other teams during the assigned project’s execution and timely update to direct manager
Assist to do administration paperwork and document control
Take note and memos during meeting and do the meeting minutes
Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh Graduates
Can do attitude; willing to learn
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Work and Excel)
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Proficient in spoken and written English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good at data analysis
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
