JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClient Management & Business Development:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Monitor client satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer retention.
Present product and service offerings to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting features and benefits relevant to their needs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international and local key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales- related inquiries.
Sales Strategy Development:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
Support the Head of Partnerships in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Project Management:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics, pipeline activities, and client feedback to support decision- making.
Understand project timelines and ensure effective coordination and timely delivery of solutions.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes, and manage contract negotiations and renewals.
Cross- functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, Client Experience & Product Realisation to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address client needs effectively.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 1- 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service roles.
Strong command of business English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+).
Strong project management and problem- solving skills.
Energetic, proactive, and highly organized with a commercial mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
