JOB DESCRIPTION
Source suitable candidates by getting to know key players in your industry and building strong professional networks;
Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, using sourcing strategies, cold calling, and networking tools;
Provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and longneeds; term career;
Performing a 180degree role by providing excellent customer service and superior candidate profiles;
Provide counsel to hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates, act as the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
Time Management and Planning;
Good Negotiation skills;
Knowledge of People Management Skills;
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven track record and passion in building recruitment career;
1+ years relevant work experience in recruitment;
Bachelor’s degree;

Recruitment Consultant cum Business Development

JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development:
Understand client hiring needs and position our services as solutions to their talent challenges;
Develop account strategies to deepen long- term client relationships and grow revenue.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients across various industries;
Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and convert them into active mandates;
Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, events, and referrals;
Recruitment Delivery:
Receive structured training to develop strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing the full recruitment cycle;
Manage the candidate process endtoend, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination;
Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (databases, social platforms, networking, referrals, etc);
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and prepare candidate profiles for client submission;
Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Work closely with clients to clarify role requirements, expectations, and success criteria;
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in sales, business development, account management, or recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory;
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a fastpaced environment;
Learning mindset and eagerness to develop both commercial and recruitment expertise.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels;
Resilient, proactive, and motivated by targets and growth;
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, HR, Communications, or related fields preferred);
