Project Management Intern Full- time

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting Project Management Interns to support our growth in Vietnam!
PURPOSE
To provide on- the- job learning through direct involvement in the research basics and undertake project management tasks with supervision.
To be an effective team member in the design, set up, and management of research projects and administrative tasks.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
Duration: 6 months
Months 4- 5: Work within the Project Management department and rotate to collaborate with another research line for diverse exposure.
Month 1: Work closely with the Operations team to learn about data fielding, quality control, and Operations functions.
Months 2- 3: Work within the Project Management department and collaborate with a randomly selected research line for project learning.
Month 6: Conclude with an evaluation of performance and learning outcomes.
Allowance:
3,000,000 VND (gross) with in- the- job training and a professional working environment.
REQUIREMENTS
RESPONSIBILITY
Actively participate in project management and execution tasks.
Learn how to coordinate market research projects.
Adapt and learn rapidly across different research lines.
Collaborate with Operations in the first month to understand core processes.
Keen to learn and proactive about self- development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Fluency in English required.
Previous knowledge and experience in Project Management or Research are advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, Statistics, or related studies.
Soft Skills:
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Vietnamese and English.
Personality Traits:
Detail- oriented with a proactive attitude.
Self- motivated and curious about market research and project management.
