JOB DESCRIPTION

Weare recruiting an Office Administrator to support our growth inVietnam!
PURPOSE
Tomanage Admin tasks for company (office management, suppliers management ...).
Beresponsible for the purchase and procurement policy of Ipsos Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Admin:
Booking& payment for business travel: transport and accommodation.
Prepareoffice procedure and paperwork for expats and business trips: visa, work permit, resident card…
Managecontract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers andoffice lease.
Receptionist:servesvisitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifiescompany personnel of visitor arrival.
Officemanagement: ensure the smooth running of an office on a day- to- day basis.
Workwith building management: registration in & out building, maintenance,rental payment....
Supportin organizing company events or conferences.
Purchasing
Purchase& payment: Samplefor projects of teams; Orderingstationery and furniture, materials related to office daily life, etc.
SuppliersManagement: follow, renew, made contract with suppliers, controlling budget.
REQUIREMENTS
Background:
BasicMicrosoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Atleast 2 years’ experience in Administration.
Soft skills:
Ableto work under pressure and respect deadlines.
Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills (both in Vietnamese and English).
Goodtime management skills.
Ableto work effectively in a team and independently.

Atleast a College degree.
BENEFITS
Contract Duration: 3 months

Monthly salary: 8,000,000 VND (gross)
