The role
Reports to: Practice Director
As a CRM & Sales Support Intern, you’ll work on the tools and funnels that connect Decision Lab’s insights to real clients, from CRM and marketing automation, to inbound content, to sales materials that get used such as case studies, proposals, and pitch decks.
This role is for someone who likes structure, systems, and seeing how growth happens.
This is not a cold- calling role but about making sales more systematic, credible and scalable.
The CRM & Sales Support Intern supports the systems and processes that connect Think Forward’s insights and thought leadership to commercial outcomes.
What you will do
CRM management & marketing automation
Assist with pipeline tracking and sales reporting.
Support marketing automation workflows, including newsletters, email journeys, and lead nurturing.
Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and structure
SEO & website analytics
Support optimisation of website content for SEO and discoverability
Monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
Assist in analysing performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
Inbound funnel management
Support inbound channels including newsletters, gated reports, and podcasts
Track sign- ups, downloads, leads, and engagement across channels
Help improve funnel effectiveness from awareness to enquiry.
Sales support platform development
Support the development and maintenance of a Sales Support Platform, including case studies, proposals, and pitch decks
Assist in preparing client- facing materials and proposal documentation.
Organise sales materials to ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality
What you bring
Comfortable working with tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards
Detail- oriented, organised, and proactive
Curious about how marketing, sales, and data connect
Final- year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data, or related fields
Enjoys building systems that make life easier for others
Nice to have
Basic SEO, Google Analytics, or website knowledge
Experience with HubSpot, CRM tools, or email marketing
Interest in consulting, B2B sales, or growth strategy
Familiarity with Notion, Slides, or proposal decks
