JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail- oriented Sales Admin Intern to support our Business Development function. This role involves handling administrative tasks and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team and effective management of key accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
Principal Accountabilities
Document Management:
• Ensure accurate and up- to- date records are maintained in the company&039;s CRM system.
• Organize and maintain sales- related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Prepare and manage necessary paperwork for new and existing accounts.
Operational Support:
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to support sales activities.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and travel arrangements.
• Provide general administrative support for Business Development team.
