Marketing activities:
Contributing creative ideas, online marketing plans.
Analyzing and reporting on online marketing effectiveness.
Coordinating with the brand department to propose and implement a digital campaign.
Monitoring market trends, research customer&039;s behavior on online & mobile in order to adjust the plan.
Searching and refining information, editing articles related to fragrances, cosmetics, trends and events.
Researching competitors & market from online channels.
Planning, conducting directly or through agency, monitoring and evaluating digital advertising campaigns.
Event / Activation management:
Coordinate with all departments to ensure its effectiveness and maximizing outcome.
To in- charge project related to VM and Counters.
Checking the quality of the finished product before and on the day of the event to ensure that all equipment and shelves meet the standards.
Searching, working and negotiating with appropriate partners to ensure budget and quality for events.
Preparing, planning for new product launches, press conferences, sales programs.
Develop strategies to find external customer databases from partners to extend current customer base.
Find new business development opportunities for company including corporate partnership & sponsorships.
Social management:
Deploying other tasks assigned from direct manager.
Creating, updating content, posting articles (images, videos, status, notes, etc) for fanpage and other online marketing tools.
Managing the budget of the channels as planned.
Contacting KOLs, Beauty Blogger and Press for new product launch events.
Stock Management & Reports:
Learning and assisting line manager to build forecast, follow stock management.
Based on the above tasks, build a daily, weekly, detailed task table.
Requirements
Strong interest in beauty trends, products, and consumer behavior.
Understanding of brand management and ability to follow global brand guidelines from principals.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or brand- related roles; experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and media exposure (online and offline)
Experience in executing marketing activities such as product launches, promotions, events, and in- store activations.
