Training Consultant Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

● Support preparation before training (printing training materials, preparation ofnecessary equipment, etc.)
● Support in managing training records, tracking participant progress, and generatingtraining- related reports
● Support for collecting bills, invoices,…
● Control tools, equipment, and stationery for training sessions
● Support in managing training classes
● Attending training and supporting some activities in the classes

REQUIREMENTS

● Proficiency in speaking English;
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
● Willingness to learn and develop new skills related to training and development.
● Ability to perform problem troubleshooting and situational analysis
● Third- year or Fourth- year student, Human Resource or Business Administration is a plus;
● Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members andparticipants.
● Be able to work full- time for 6 months;
