JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in designing training materials (orientation, culture, soft skills, basic management topics).
Support data collection related to staff performance and development.
Perform other L&D or HR- related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Collaborate with HR team to organize training workshops, internal events, and employee engagement activities.
Support communication campaigns to promote learning culture.
Support in planning and organizing internship training programs and on- the- job training activities.
Support or co- facilitate internal training sessions when required.
Support the selection and recruitment process for Golden Owl internship programs (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials).
REQUIREMENTS
Analytical thinking and passionate about people development.
Careful and proactive with a growth- oriented mindset.
Strong interest in pursuing a long- term career in HR, especially focusing on Learning & Development, Training, and Organizational Culture.
Good public speaking and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge & terminology of IT is a plus.
Basic understanding of the training process (needs – delivery – feedback – improvement).
Comfortable working with Google Workspace and AI supporting tools.
Clear verbal & writing communication in both Vietnamese and English; having IELTS 6.0+- TOEIC 700+ or equivalent is a plus.
Final- year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related fields
