Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Insights: Perform deep- dive analysis on user behaviors, product performance, and pain points. Apply statistical techniques and domain knowledge to provide actionable recommendations for product and solution development.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Platform team to ensure data accuracy and quality. Partner with Software Engineers and Product teams to validate the impact of solutions (coverage, false positives, drop- off rates) and adapt to changing conditions.
Data Metrics & Reporting: Define key business metrics and build dashboards using visualization tools to track product performance and cross- functional objectives.
Risk & Fraud Monitoring: Monitor and identify abnormal user activities, including fake accounts, promotion abuse, and driver misbehaviors. Collaborate with Risk Strategy & Ops teams to track the effectiveness of rules and policies.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Experience working directly with software engineers and cross- functional teams; background in e- wallet, e- commerce, or technical products is a strong plus.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment.
Strong command of SQL (e.g., Google BigQuery) and Python for data analysis.
Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Airflow is a plus.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio) and big data computation engines (e.g., Spark) is preferred.
Ability to think critically, analyze problems with strong attention to detail, and distill insights to meet business needs.
