Backend Developer- Software Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Backend Development & Microservices
- Build backend services using NodeJS (MERN Stack) and Golang (gin/echo).
- Enhance system performance and scalability.
- Design, develop, and optimize high- performance REST/GraphQL APIs andmicroservices with Kubernetes (k8s).
Technology & Architecture
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into the system.
- Work with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deploy applications on cloud platforms.
DevOps & CI/CD
- Apply best practices in DevOps.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Monitor and optimize the development workflow.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in backend development with Golang and NodeJS.
- Have experience vibe and spec- driven coding with AI Agent
- Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Strong experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices with Kubernetes(k8s).
Technical Skills
- In- depth understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Ability to apply AI in enhancing development speed and quality.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Proficient in Git and source code management tools.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
Soft Skills
- Proactive in learning new technologies.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration.
- High sense of responsibility and passion for software development.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
