JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruitment Support
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on appropriate channels;
Assist in scheduling interviews, sending interview invitations, and notifying interview results based on templates;
Support candidate sourcing, CV screening, and candidate shortlisting;
Follow up and update candidate status throughout the recruitment process;
Assist in recruitment reports and data summaries as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits Support
Assist with administrative tasks related to social insurance under supervision.
Support onboarding documents, offer letters, and labor contracts;

REQUIREMENTS
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn;
Careful, detail- oriented, and interested in developing a career in Human Resource
Basic English communication skills for a working environment (further training will be provided);
Third- or fourth- year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
