Creative Wall is a non- profit initiative by
Nami Foundation, a technology group known for its work in blockchain and investment platforms.The project transforms LED screens in apartment buildings and other shared spaces into creative windows that showcase cultural stories, artistic expression, and thought- provoking visuals.
From visual poetry to digital showcases of emerging Vietnamese artists, Creative Wall aims to offer brief moments of beauty, curiosity, and reflection for people in transit.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate meetings, prepare decks, and follow up with clarity and care
Support the daily flow of conversations between artists, clients, and internal teams
Track timelines, briefs, and deliverables to keep projects moving smoothly
Maintain strong, thoughtful relationships across partners, collaborators, and audiences
Contribute to proposals, reports, and outreach materials that reflect our creative values
REQUIREMENTS
Have studied or trained in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or related creative fields
Write and speak clearly in English, with a tone that balances professionalism and warmth
Bring AT LEAST 2 YEARS of experience in account servicing, client management, or campaign execution
Are attentive to the details while always holding the bigger picture in mind
Enjoy working closely with creatives while understanding both process and product
Have experience working in creative agencies or cultural organisations (strong advantage)
Show confidence in handling multiple workstreams with clarity and empathy
Work well independently and thrive in collaborative environments
