JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an
IT GRC & Security Intern
, you will work closely with the team to support our security program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting in reviewing user access rights across various systems.
Supporting the organization of Security Awareness programs for employees (e.g., preparing content, conducting phishing simulations).
Performing administrative tasks for the department, such as document issuance, document management, audit evidence collection, and other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Assisting in compiling and consolidating the Information Security risk profile.
Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and formatting Information Security documents, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Supporting the tracking and follow- up of security controls with relevant departments.
Supporting the tracking of action plans and remediation activities following internal or external audits.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Good reading comprehension of technical English documents.
Basic understanding of Information Security concepts (e.g., Malware, Phishing, Access Control, Encryption, Firewalls).
Excellent attitude: Eager to learn, proactive, careful, meticulous, and a high sense of responsibility.
Proficient in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3rd- year, 4th- year student in Information Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Analysis, Operating Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from University
Logical and systematic thinking.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice- to- have):
Basic certifications in networking or security (e.g., CCNA, Security+) are a plus
Basic knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or PCIDSS.

Internship allowance: 5.000.000 VND/month

Location: STAR Building- 33 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Sai Gon Ward (District 1), HCMC.
Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00- 18h00).
