About The Position:
We are seeking a creative and community- driven Social Content Collaborator to become the voice and face of Nikki: Ngoi Sao Thoi Trang across digital channels, including official Facebook & TikTok accounts. Your primary focus will be to craft compelling content and manage our social ecosystems to build vibrant, engaged communities. Success in this role is defined by authentic storytelling, content strategy, visual excellence and exceptional community engagement.
Core Responsibilities
Social Content Planning & Creation: Develop social content calendar and produce engaging, on- brand content (graphics, videos, copy).
Channel Management & Community Engagement: Own the day- to- day management, publishing, and moderation of key social media channels (e.g., Facebook, TikTok).
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Use insights to continuously optimize content strategy and improve engagement rate.
Cross- functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Brand, Content, and Product teams to align social content strategy on a regular basis.
Coordinate with creative agencies or freelancers for asset production.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven ability to create engaging social content (portfolio or examples are a plus), communicate in a brand’s voice, and manage online communities.
A genuine passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the core audience of Nikki.
Understanding the social media landscape is a significant advantage.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite), content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) is a big plus.
Ability to work agilely, handle multiple platforms, and thrive in a fast- paced, collaborative environment.
