JOB DESCRIPTION
AROBID is a rapidly expanding digital ecosystem, encompassing a B2B marketplace, TradeXpo online exhibitions, and a Good for Good platform. We‘re connecting businesses and transforming B2B commerce at scale. We are seeking talented and highly motivated individuals to join our team and help us shape the future of B2B.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Software QC Engineer will be responsible for leading testing efforts and mentoring junior team members. Specific responsibilities include:
Creating and reviewing testing estimations for projects.
Identifying and clarifying any ambiguities or inconsistencies in software specifications.
Analyzing and reporting defects, proposing solutions and improvement strategies.
Adhering to and enforcing established company QA processes and procedures.
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior QC engineers on testing methodologies and best practices.
Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, workflows, and frameworks for projects.
Utilizing the defect tracking system to effectively report, track, and monitor defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Designing, writing, executing, and documenting detailed test cases.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3- 6 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
In- depth understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Familiarity with automated testing (a plus).
Experience using the JMeter tool.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent English skills to comprehend technical specifications.
Strong general IT knowledge.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Minimum one year of experience in API and performance testing.
Experience leading a small QC team (1- 2 members).
Good plus: Work experience with e- commerce (B2B or B2C), B2B solution, platforms…
