JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview:
The Sales Executive position is responsible for expanding the network of partner schools and businesses, establishing partnerships, and advising on training programs.
Responsibilities:
Support in connecting with potential universities and businesses to introduce training programs.
Consulting on training solutions: Surveying the actual training needs of partners, then coordinating with the specialized department to develop the most suitable training proposals.
Directly negotiating terms, discounts, signing contracts, and ensuring project sales targets are met.
Managing partner accounts: Maintaining and nurturing relationships after signing to renew or expand cooperation in the future.
Organizing events: Collaborating with marketing to organize workshops, webinars, or trial programs to collect data.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1- 2 years in project sales, B2B sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and have strong English skills.
Proficient in presentation skills and drafting project proposals/slides
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
Resonates with customers and effectively facilitates sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with a strong sense of aesthetics and expertise in e- commerce. You will be directly responsible for building the brand image on digital platforms, working closely with the Sales team to execute communication campaigns aimed at converting customers and increasing brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Collaboration with Marketing Manager:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to gather comprehensive information about all training programs, events.
Monitor the performance of promotional activities throughout the marketing campaign.
To support and where necessary to implement and execute online advertising campaigns, promoting specific events, courses, or activities.
Marketing Plan Development:
Utilise gathered programme information to create marketing plans outlining effective strategies and tactics.
Target the intended audience through well- defined marketing approaches.
Design & Execution:
Develop creative, engaging and scheduling content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote all training programs. This includes writing captions, designing visual assets, producing short- form videos, and planning content calendars. Ensure that all posts align with brand.
Designing various media publications (Banners, Posters, Social Posts, Email Marketing Layouts, etc.).
Upon approval, distribute collaterals through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, printed materials, and the company&039;s website.
Event Execution:
Implement the marketing plan by executing the outlined strategies and tactics.
Launch advertising campaigns, host informational sessions, and organise events to promote programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in General Marketing, preference given to candidates with knowledge/experience in e- commerce.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and have strong English skills.
Proficiency in writing content and managing social channels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
Proficient in design tools, possesses a strong sense of aesthetics, knows how to arrange layouts and select brand colors.
Sales & Marketing Mindset: Thorough understanding of the customer journey to create content that is not only engaging but also resonates with customers and effectively facilitates sales.
