We are looking to hire one part- time HR & Finance Administrator to work from our cozy office in Lakeview City, District 2 (Thu Duc City).

JOB DESCRIPTION
This individual can help us in these areas:
Support all HR administration activities & procedures are implemented correctly (recruitment, on- boarding, compensation & benefits, organization chart, etc.)
Assist with finance and accounting processes such as payroll and PIT coordination, expense claims, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Conduct legal research and other legal assistance tasks.
Support compliance- related tasks by preparing documentation and coordinating with relevant parties in line with local taxation, labor, and financial regulations.
Support day- to- day financial and HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in coordination of external vendors, auditors, and government authorities (when necessary).
Support membership operations including onboarding, renewals, database updates, and member communications.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, contracts, insurance, and payroll documentation.
Prepare, monitor, and update financial reports and P&L for management review.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone who:
Has basic knowledge of finance, HR administration, and an interest in legal or compliance- related matters
Proactive, detail- oriented, with a strong can- do attitude and solid problem- solving skills
Is a final- year student or recent graduate in finance, accounting, HR, business administration, or a related field
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Soft Office
Is comfortable handling documentation related to contracts, labor compliance, or regulatory procedures under guidance
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (IELTS 6.0+, TOEIC 650+, or equivalent)
