HR Admin Intern- Culture, Branding & Engagement

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is designed for students or fresh graduates who are interested in exploring HR in a hands- on and well- rounded way. At Bouygues Construction IT Vietnam, you will support various HR activities, including recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, and daily HR operations. You will have the opportunity to learn how HR works in a dynamic environment while contributing to meaningful internal and external initiatives.

Your main responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

- Support in candidate databases management

- Coordinate interview schedules and assist with candidate communication

Branding & Content

- Support content creation for employer branding channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

- Assist in developing posts, visuals, and content ideas

- Support in developing and standardizing visual and communication materials for employer branding and events

- Support and coordinate for external events with universities and partner organizations

Culture & Engagement

- Support organizing internal activities aligned with company culture & branding

- Assist in coordinating and communicating internal engagement initiatives

- Contribute to maintaining a positive and consistent employee experience

HR & Administrative Support

- Assist with daily HR/ Admin operations (payments, document updates, etc.)

- Help organize and maintain HR files and templates

- Provide general support to the team when needed

REQUIREMENTS

- Final- year students or fresh graduates in relevant fields with a strong interest in HR

- Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to support content- related tasks

- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

- Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks

- Comfortable supporting both people- related activities and administrative tasks

- Good command of English

- Familiarity with basic media or content creation tools (e.g. design, video, or AI tools) is a plus

This internship is designed for students whoare passionate about cybersecurity and want to learn how penetration testingprojects are delivered in a real business environment.
We are looking for a motivated PenetrationTesting Intern who is eager to gain hands- on exposure to cybersecurityoperations and penetration testing projects. In this role, you will support thePenetration Testing team by coordinating daily activities, understandingtesting workflows, and assisting with documentation and project tracking.
Your main responsibilities:
- Assist intracking project progress, schedules, and task assignments.
- Communicatewith team members to ensure information is properly documented and shared.
- Learn andunderstand the end- to- end penetration testing process and project lifecycle.
- Support thecoordination of daily activities within the Penetration Testing team.
- Observe andfamiliarize yourself with different penetration testing methodologies, tools,and deliverables.
- Help organizeproject documentation, test reports, and internal knowledge materials.

REQUIREMENTS

- Able to workindependently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Goodorganizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive,responsible, and willing to learn new technologies and security practices.
- Basicunderstanding of cybersecurity concepts, especially Security Operations Center(SOC) or network security.
- Third- orfourth- year university student majoring in Cybersecurity, Information Security,Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

- Stronginterest in penetration testing and ethical hacking.
