Talent Management Intern
Job Description:
As a Talent Management Intern, you will work closely with the Team to:
Performance & Talent Management Cycle: Support the communication plan to drive transparency and engagement across the organization (Personal Development Plan Campaign, Continuous Feedback Campaign and End- Year Review).
Talent Development: Support Talent Management by consolidating and tracking Talent Profiles & Personal Development Plan, with a focus on key target groups. Actively follow up on the progress of Talent Development Programs to ensure effective growth journeys for identified talents.
Employee Engagement:
Support communication efforts for employee surveys and newsletters.
Coordinate and contribute to deliver the Gender Balance and Inclusive Workplace Agenda through signature events like Pride Month, Men’s Day, Generation Harmony, Local Women&039;s Development Programs, and other DEI initiatives across functions.
Job requirements
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail, especially in communication planning and event coordination.
Ready to start from March 2026
GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4
Willing to take 6- months duration
Current third / final year students studying a bachelor’s degree in the fields of Human Resources/Business/Communications or related fields
Strong interest in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and the Employee Cycle.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver quality work under deadlines.
Proactive, can- do attitude, with strong ownership and a drive for continuous improvement.
Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese

Transactional Accounting Process Improvement Intern
Responsibility:
