JOB BRIEF:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will bear the principal day- to- day responsibility for planning, executing, overseeing, and controlling all financial activities within the fashion retail company. This includes direct oversight of accounting, financial management, budgeting & forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, deal analysis and negotiations, as well as managing investor relationships. Additionally, the CFO will ensure compliance with partnership agreements and play a key role in securing private and institutional financing.
MAIN TASKS:
Play a pivotal role in preparing the company for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2026.
Directs the Finance Department in developing appropriate borrowing and manages banking relationships, oversees cash management processes to ensure proper cash availability and best practices in cash management.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, and collaborate with other department heads on cross- functional initiatives.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations.
Optimize cash flow and working capital management to support operational efficiency, evaluating investment opportunities for strategic decision- making.
Effectively communicate financial performance and strategies to the board, investors, and stakeholders, building strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Analyzes financial statements and prepares reports and recommendations to Top Management and the Board of Directors concerning financial performance.
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard the financial health of the company and identify/mitigate financial risks.
