ABOUT LEAD:
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be assessed on your overall performance and, if performing well, will be offered a job placement. You will also be paired with a program associate who will serve as a buddy to provide mutual support throughout the journey.
When you embark on your journey with us, you will participate in two- week onboarding programs to learn about the company and all important areas of the organization. You will also be guided by various managers at different stages of the program and coached by a mentor who is usually a leader of the organization.
The LEAD program is an accelerated growth career program that takes two years on average and emphasizes your experience in leadership and career development. The program has a comprehensive framework, depending on your chosen field, that covers on- the- job training through sub- functional and cross- functional rotations, stretch assignments and learning and training.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
As the LEAD finance associate, you will:

Work on live crucial projects that impact our day to day business.
Gain comprehensive development, allowing both you and the organization to discover your strengths in Business Finance.
Opportunity to travel to different locations within the country to understand regional dynamics.
Learn through on- the- job, with clear accountability, enabling you to learn, contribute, and achieve results, not just observe or support.
Receive guidance from a dedicated manager and mentorship by a member of the Leadership Team
Undertake at least 3 rotations of 6- 8 months each in various Finance areas, including Commercial, FP&A, Procurement, Operations, and Controllership.
Actively contribute to business results from day one as a LEAD finance associate.
Contribute to targeted learning and business results in each rotation.

WHAT WE OFFER AFTER THE PROGRAM:
The LEAD program is designed exclusively to develop future leaders who will drive Avery Dennison&039;s business and market growth at all levels. Exceptional performance during the initial 6- month review period and before program completion could lead to an accelerated permanent position, equivalent to 3–4 years of professional experience.

Essential skills and requirements:

Fresh graduates and recent graduates with less than 2 years of working experience
Basic understanding and skills in Big Data Analytics
Strong Analytical and Tactical skills
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and digital fluency
Proficiency in both written and spoken local language and English is required.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance and Accounting
First Class or Upper Second Class grades (at least 75%)
Thinks independently and analytically, demonstrating agility in thought.
