Interview process:
One round – In- person interview (in both English and Vietnamese).
JOB DECRIPTION:Arrange appointments and assist in organizing and attending meetings, events, and client visits when required
Coordinate content creation for posts on the company’s LinkedIn page to support Sales activities
Prepare documents, contracts, and quotations to support business activities
Have a good understanding of the company’s services and products
Support the Sales Lead in identifying, approaching, and building relationships with potential clients
Be familiar with internal processes, procedures, and the handling of contracts from the company or clients
REQUIREMENTS:Able to work full- time at the company’s office. (Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30)
Recent graduated from Economics- related majors (Preferably from FTU, NEU, UEB…, etc.)
Sales mindset, Confident, proactive, and fast learner.
Preference will be given to candidates who studied abroad or graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, …
No experience required – training will be provided.
Good English skills (IELTS 6.5+), strong reading, writing, and critical thinking in English.
Proficient in office software: Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, etc.
