[Hải Phòng] Kỹ Sư Công Trường – Senior Site Engineer (C&S Or MEP)

Job Overview:
We a looking to hire Senior Site Engineers who have either MEP or C&S background. The successful candidates will join our team in developing residential township and/or industrial parks. They will represent developer company to manage contractor, consultant, etc. to ensure the construction work is carried out safely, on timeline, and on budget.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the construction works including inspection of all materials following approved specifications and method statement.
• Be responsible for coordinating with contractors and other parties to ensure all defects are rectified according to the approved methods and prior to handover to the occupiers.
• Be responsible for the quality inspection works, ensuring the quality is complied with good construction standards, construction drawings and specifications, approved method statement, procedures and design requirements, etc.
• Be responsible for coordinating design issues with consultants and contractors to ensure timely execution of the works on site.
• Be responsible for updating the work progress to Site Manager/ Project Manager.
• Understand and comply with authority regulations in inspection of construction works, prepare sufficient inspection documents and records to form sufficient handover documents for the projects.
• Follow and implement the Quality Management System and the Environment, Health and Safety Management System of the Company.
• Be responsible for monitoring site schedule, coordinating with contractors and other relevant parties for execution of the construction works and all site matters including safety measures.
• Highlight any site issues affecting time, cost, quality and safety of the construction works to Site Manager/Project Manager and follow up with rectification works if required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Minimum 40 training hours per year
13th month salary, performance bonus, annual salary review
