Guest Service Manager (Duty Manager) - Quản lý Trực Ca (Trực ca)

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management

Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure efficient operations
Oversee daily operations across all departments during the shift (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, etc.)
Ensure service standards are consistently maintained

Guest Relations & Issue Handling

Manage emergency situations (accidents, incidents, overbooking, VIP requests, etc.)
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction at all times

Front Office Support

Assist with VIP guests, groups, and special requests
Supervise check- in and check- out processes
Monitor room status and occupancy levels

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong problem- solving and decision- making skills
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Good command of English
Ability to work in shifts
