Guest Relations Officer / Nhân viên quan hệ khách hàng

• Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
• Plan and conduct group and function rundown meetings
• Plan and co- ordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
• Schedule activities for guests
• Provide feedback from Guests to Manager for action
• Greet Guests upon arrival
• Assist in any other duties when required by the Guest Relations Manager
• Trace relevant statistics about clientele
• Cover guest relations desk
• Assist with translations (information; guest directory; menus etc) as required
• Attend recreation activities when necessary
• Assist with check- ins/check- outs of clients
• Co- ordinate and supervise all activities for guests
• Assist guests with airline bookings and reconfirmation’s
• Plan and co- ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
• Room Guests

Required Skills:
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good command of English
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management, Business Management or equivalent
Experience:
• 1- 2 year experience in customer service/ hospitality
