Graphic Design

Key Responsibilities

Develop key visuals, banners, and communication materials for online and offline campaigns;
Design product visuals and enhance, retouch, and optimize product images for marketing and communication purposes;
Develop creative visuals aligned with brand identity for marketing campaigns, product communication, social media, and digital channels;
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop creative concepts and visual materials aligned with brand and business objectives;
Design merchandise and branded materials, including gifts, packaging, vouchers, and promotional items;
Create visual assets for stores and offline touchpoints, including banners, POSM, standees, posters, and in- store decorations;
Apply digital painting, illustration, and creative visual techniques to develop original artwork and distinctive brand assets;
Ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets and brand touchpoints;
(Optional) Create simple motion graphics or animation clips to support marketing campaigns and digital content.

Requirements

Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop visual concepts and translate ideas into compelling designs
2+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, Marketing Design, or a similar role
Experience with motion graphics or basic animation is a plus
Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, layout, and brand identity
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with digital illustration or digital painting techniques
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in branding, product visuals, merchandise, retail/store design, and marketing communication materials
Experience designing both digital and offline assets, including banners, POSM, packaging, merchandise, and in- store materials
Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Working Time: Mon- Fri |09:00- 18:00
