Key Responsibilities:
Global Branding- Employer Branding & Employee Branding
Oversee and maintain key communication platforms (e.g., corporate pages, internal channels, selected social platforms) to ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
Create and manage content campaigns (articles, posts, videos, visuals) that strengthen brand identity and communicate our culture, people, and innovation across selected internal and external channels.
Monitor communication effectiveness (reach, engagement, content performance) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with HR, TA, and Operations teams to support talent communication initiatives and key organizational announcements when needed.
Develop and implement global branding and communication initiatives aligned with the company’s values, culture, and long- term business direction.
Internal Communication & Intranet Content
Collaborate with HRBP to publish policy updates, recognition programs, and global announcements.
Design and manage templates, banners, and communication materials for HR and Operations.
Own and manage content on the Global Intranet — news, employee spotlights, events, HR campaigns.
Support internal campaigns (e.g., Women’s Day, Game Jam, Year- End Party, Referral Drive) with creative visuals and storytelling.
Culture & Engagement
Drive employee participation campaigns (photo contests, feedback walls, kudos boards, etc.).
Own and lead employee experience initiatives by shaping impactful storytelling and driving internal engagement programs, working closely with HRBP and Operations to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Capture and share real stories that reflect our diversity, passion, and innovation.
Branding Consistency & Visual Identity
Maintain consistent brand tone and visual style across all employer- facing channels.
Liaise with design or art teams when advanced visuals or motion assets are required.
Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines in every campaign and internal communication.
Required Qualifications:
Must- Have
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma for creative design.
3+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Branding, or Internal Communications, primarily focused on internal communication strategies and employee experience initiatives. Experience in the tech or gaming industry is an advantage.
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English — must be able to write for different audiences (leadership, frontline, external candidates)
Strong skills in content creation (writing, editing, visual direction, social media storytelling).
Data- driven mindset — can measure effectiveness of campaigns and comms (open rates, engagement, brand perception)
Experience managing multiple stakeholders — HR, Marketing, Leadership, local country leads.
Good coordination and communication skills — comfortable collaborating across regions and departments.
Project management — can run campaigns and comms calendars independently
Ability to translate company strategy and culture into compelling narratives.
Content creation across multiple formats — written, visual briefs, video scripts, town hall decks.
Nice- to- Have
Proven experience working in or with a global, multi- region team — understands cultural nuance across geographies.
Understanding of recruitment marketing trends and talent personas in gaming or IT.
Experience developing and executing internal comms, employee branding strategies, not just writing content.
