Teaching & Learning

Collaborate closely with the International Teacher and Homeroom Teacher.
Prepare appropriate lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning aids.
Monitor and assess children&039;s progress in English and provide periodic reports.
Consistently use English in the classroom and create ample opportunities for children to use English.
Deliver the prescribed number of English teaching hours, focusing on communication, vocabulary, and play- based learning methodologies.

Childcare & Supervision

Support the International Teacher in classroom management.
Participate in daily routines, including receiving children, meal times, nap time, and toilet duties.
Observe and respond to the individual needs of each child.
Ensure the safety and well- being of all children.

Collaboration & Communication

Maintain positive and proactive communication with parents.
Participate in team meetings, exchange ideas with colleagues, and attend training sessions.

Administrative Duties

Maintain class records, attendance, and student portfolios.
Assist in preparing teaching resources and decorating the classroom.

Effective team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
Previous childcare experience is a distinct advantage.
Bachelor&039;s degree in English Language Teaching, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool- aged children.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
Proficient in English communication (equivalent to CEFR B2 level or above).
