To support our continued growth, we are seeking a General Accountant who will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting accurate financial reporting to the management and regional teams.

Scope of Work
Collect, review, and verify input invoices to ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.
Perform other internal and ad- hoc tasks as assigned by line manager and Finance regional team.
Handle accounts receivable, including management and control of trade deductions and collections.
Issue invoices for all sales (E- commerce platforms, modern trade, and other sales channels) in compliance with local VAT regulations.
Perform inventory management and reconciliation.
Support sales analysis and summarize sales and related information from e- commerce platforms to ensure accurate sales accounting.
Arrange, maintain, and archive accounting documents in a proper and systematic manner.
Support year- end closing activities and coordinate with external auditors.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly VAT declarations and ensure timely filing of all required tax returns in accordance with local tax regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance or relating majors.
Working experiences in FMCG, retail industry or E- commerce is a strong plus.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting position.
Can speak/read/write English to deal with overseas counterparts.
Proficient in accounting software – MISA, Microsoft Office and local tax system.
