Games Designer UI UX/ Unity

Experience working directly in Unity is highly preferred. Having previously designed or contributed to music/rhythm games will be a great plus.
We’re looking for a Game Designer who will play a key role in crafting engaging game experiences. This position focuses 80% on game design and 20% on backlog management, ideal for a designer who enjoys both creative ideation and organized execution.
You’ll collaborate closely with developers, artists, and producers to bring ideas to life — from concept to playable builds. A strong sense of aesthetics and user experience is essential to design intuitive wireframes, flows, and gameplay systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and iterate on wireframes, user flows, and mockups to communicate gameplay vision.
Manage and track design- related tasks to ensure smooth project progress.
Work closely with the development and art teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout production.
Conduct playtests, analyze feedback, and propose balancing or tuning improvements.
Stay up to date with game design trends and player behaviors to inspire new ideas.
Design and document core gameplay mechanics, systems, and level flows.

Passion for games and understanding of player motivation and retention.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
1–3 years of experience in game design (junior to middle level).
Strong sense of aesthetics and UX thinking for clear and engaging player experiences.
Organized and proactive, able to manage tasks and timelines effectively.
Nice to have experience with music/rhythm games or other timing- based gameplay
Familiarity with Unity and ability to implement or test gameplay directly within the engine.
