Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to Starbucks success in Viet Nam market by managing the development and implementation of brands/products with priority focus on food. Develops strategic business assessments, leads innovation pipeline development, and manages business against operating plans and budgets to achieve Starbucks financial and business objectives.
Candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to identify food growth opportunities, develop product platform strategy, product offerings for all- year- round promotional windows, and future innovation pipeline, which are customer- centric / relevant, innovative and consistent with the Starbucks brand strategy. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Leadership – Works cross- functionally to grow share, build the brand and achieve financial objectives.
- Identifies and leads integrated programs in collaboration at times with other categories and channels.
- Showing presence, understanding of the category and lead by communication vision, building teamwork and motivate positive actions to achieve results.
- Manages relationships with related parties, internal and external teams and vendors to develop integrated plans.
Planning and Execution- Develops strategic and operational plans for the work group.
- Leads and/or oversees day to day management of brand activity including:
Manages the business against operating plans and budgets.
Directs and oversees forecasting and business analysis.
Recommends action plans to address variances in brand performance against annual plan.
Tracks, analyzes and communicates product, program and promotional windows performance.
- Collaborates with internal and external strategic business partners to develop strategies and plans to support growth; oversees implementation and monitors results.
Business Requirements
- Operates the food business with internal and external partners.
- Applies consumer insights and understanding of marketplace dynamics to develop products that meet demand and consumer’s preference.
- Evaluates information and identifies issues of growth and develop resolutions and recommendations.
Team Management:
- Oversee training and development of partners directly and indirectly managed and make effective staffing decisions.
- Mentor, coach and develop team members.
- Ensure partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
- Conduct and ensure the completion of performance reviews.
- Challenge and inspire partners to achieve results.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Language proficiency in English.
- Project leadership in a cross- functional environment: 4 or more years
- Functions effectively with ambiguity.
- Experience with or exposure to working in food industry is a plus
- Progressive experience in food in F&B industry: 4 or more years
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a matrix environment, able to collaborate cross functionally, and be a strong team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to consult and influence decision- making without authority.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
