Finance Project & System Management Consultant

WHY DO WE NEED THIS ROLE?
We are seeking an experienced Finance Project & System Management Consultant who will be accountable for end- to- end management of finance system projects and enhancements, ensure smooth operations, integration and optimization of all finance systems. This role will serve as a strategic partner for finance in delivering effective system solutions that align with organizational objectives and maintain high standards of governance, process and data integrity across all finance platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Enhancement & Project management
Manage project scope, stakeholders, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Lead finance system upgrades, automation, and process improvements.
Track project progress, risks, and alignment with business goals.
BAU (Business As Usual) Operations
Develop user guides, conduct training, and provide ongoing support to finance system users.
Oversee daily finance system operations, ensuring data accuracy and smooth integration.
Maintain and update finance systems for compliance and efficiency.
Act as the first point of contact for Finance users for system issues, troubleshoot and resolve system issues with IT and business teams.
Prepare and validate financial data and reports from finance systems.
Process, Control & System Updates
Lead updates to processes and controls in company systems to ensure alignment with business needs and best practices.
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
Ensure all system changes and updates are properly documented and communicated.
Identify and implement process and control enhancements within finance operations.
