Earth Venture Capital is looking for a Finance Intern to join the team, assist in Finance operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail- oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands- on experience in various aspects of financial analysis, accounting, and reporting. You will work closely with the finance team to support day- to- day operations and assist in special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scanning, organizing, and filing financial documents.
Assist in data entry and basic documentation tasks.
Help with the preparation of financial presentations and reports for management.
Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial management and control.
Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date physical and digital records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Executive
Requirements:
Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
