Role Summary:
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of dining service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency are consistently met. You will directly oversee the service staff (servers, bartenders, and hostesses), providing hands- on leadership to ensure all restaurant and bar outlets reflect the hotel&039;s 4- star brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspections of restaurant areas, bar setups, and back- of- house stations to ensure cleanliness and service readiness.
Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and Engineering departments to resolve food timing or maintenance issues promptly.
Assign daily floor stations, coordinate table reservations, and support the planning and execution of banquet or special events.
Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring host punctuality, proper grooming, and uniform standards.
Ensure all service equipment and POS systems are functional, properly used, and well- maintained.
Manage beverage stock, cutlery, glassware, and linen inventories to minimize breakage and loss.
Assist in staff training (upselling, menu knowledge, service etiquette), onboarding, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, alcohol service policies, and general service protocols.
Report safety hazards and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all dining areas.
Prepare team schedules, rosters, and support manpower planning based on occupancy and event bookings.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring personalized service and guest recovery when necessary.

Skills: Strong leadership, extreme attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years as F&B Supervisor in a 4/5- star hotel/resort.
