F&B Sales & Event Manager / Quản lý Kinh doanh Ẩm thực & Sự kiện

The Manager is hands- on, personally meeting guests upon arrival and acting as the main point of contact throughout all events. The Manager also collaborates closely with the F&B Marcom Team and E- commerce Team to develop strong e- menus and targeted F&B promotions.
This role has full ownership of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Resumes, ensuring 100% accuracy and smooth operational execution by coordinating with the Culinary, Banquets, and Service Teams.
The F&B Sales & Events Manager is fully responsible for driving total F&B revenue, upselling incremental revenue after Sales Contracts are signed, and securing milestone celebrations, social events, and group functions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Strong upselling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to create and manage e- menus and F&B promotional campaigns.
Excellent organizational and guest interaction skills.
Minimum 3 years in F&B Sales or Events in an international hotel/resort.
Hands- on leadership and mentoring ability.
Advanced knowledge of Sales Force Application (SFA).
