OVERVIEW OF POSITION
The F&B Manager at the COSMO is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations and coordinating food service with the hotel. This role includes managing the bar staff, ensuring exceptional beverage service standards, liaising with the hotel&039;s F&B department, and maintaining a guest- focused operation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bar management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to create a seamless dining and drinking experience for guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all F&B service areas.
Address and manage guest feedback related to bar and food service, making necessary operational adjustments to enhance the guest experience.
Prepare and present regular reports on F&B operations, including financial performance and guest satisfaction metrics.
Stay informed of industry trends to continuously improve service offerings and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate the bar and F&B service team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Manage the financial aspects of the bar operations, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote the club’s F&B offerings and drive special promotions.
Coordinate with the hotel&039;s F&B department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to club guests.
Develop and manage the beverage menu, including selection, inventory, and pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the bar and F&B service areas.
