ERP Specialist

Main Purpose
To spearhead the implementation of our new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and to manage the system post- implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, and ongoing system management and optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Challenges

Complexity of Implementation: Able to execute the ERP implementation project with multiple tracks: (1) Go- live ERP for factory (HC Roastery); (2) Go- live ERP for VTI and BUs.
Complexity of integration: Ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between systems used at the Group and BUs.
Complexity of multiple stakeholders: Work with a consultant firm for solution implementation and all departments at the Group and BU levels.

Key Accountabilities

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Post Go- Live Support: Provide ongoing support to users post go- live, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
ERP Implementation: Take a critical role in the end- to- end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Configuration Management: Ensure that the ERP system is correctly configured to meet business needs, including setting up modules, workflows, and customizations.
Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and work on optimizing configurations and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems, such as POS, Mobile App, CRM, HR, and third- party applications.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
Experience leading cross- functional teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, and external consultants.
Proven track record of successfully executing full- cycle ERP implementations, including planning, execution, and post- go- live support.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in industries relevant to VTI businesses: F&B, Retail, Coffee chain, Fashion Lifestyle, and Manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
At least 3- 5 years of experience in implementing ERP systems, with a significant portion of that time spent on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
