SUMMARY / SƠ LƯỢC CÔNG VIỆC:
An Engineering Coordinator is responsible for receiving and ordering supplies, dispatching service calls, maintaining inventory and controlling the flow of material and equipment from the engineering department in a cost effective an efficient manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES / NHIỆM VỤ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM:
• Keeping area organized and material readily available
• Assist all Engineering Department personnel along with entire associates with any needs.
• Inventory workshop items
• Assist with work schedules and budgets
• Assist in the coordination of engineering disciplines
• Maintaining the engineering check book
• Answering the phone and taking messages
• Insuring calls for service are entered into the RMS system and closed once work completed
• Assist procurement team with all necessary technical inputs to facilitate award of procurement and subcontract packages as chief engineer requests.
• Support Chief Engineer with clerical support.
• Record inputs and logs daily and annual preventive maintenance work orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
• Assisting in engineering task when needed
• Creating RMS, Transcendent and other reports
• Attend technical & project coordination meetings
• Maintaining the inventory
• Assist with project quotes and tracking work
• Assist in the collection and dissemination of information within the engineering team
• Report to Chief Engineer and collaborate with all members of the engineering team to facilitate the general work flow
• Ordering and receiving supplies

QUALIFICATION / TIÊU CHUẨN:

Hospitality industry experience- required
1 + years of administrative assistant or similar experience- required
Bachelor degree or Diploma in technical, tourism management, business administration etc.

• Communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Maintain good relationships with vendors, contractors and associates
• Ability to search for obscure parts both online and on the phone with 12- 20 part numbers
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Conversant in English, spoken and written.
• Be organized and detailed focused
• Ability to multitask
