Your Job
Support for New Product Development processes, Transfer Product, Tooling, and other project management activities within the plant. Ensure alignment and integration between design center and manufacturing plant to achieve timely product release.
Our Team
This role is part of the CCS division, working closely with all related sections and the project management team at the design center. You will collaborate with cross- functional team members and the PJM Leader to drive project success.
What You Will Do

Serve as the liaison between the design center and manufacturing plant to ensure timely product release.
Facilitate coordination between relevant sections to align new product and transfer product development schedules with the overall project plan.
Support and contribute to ISO standards and EH&S management systems by following related policies and procedures.
Coordinate product testing, transfer, and new product development while ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
Understand and contribute to achieving quality and delivery goals in alignment with team objectives.
Manage Global Costing Analysis (GCA), focusing on quality, cost, and lead time.
Review and support product design, machinery, tooling, and jig design or modifications, providing project status overviews.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Technical Studies.
Proficient in English (oral and written) or Japanese, with skills in work planning, problem- solving, and training.
Strong knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
Familiar with Kaizen, innovation skills, cost calculation, and implementation of ISO requirements.
Minimum 3 years of industrial working experience, including some supervisory experience.

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with customer requirements handling and strong system thinking skills.
Ability to handle ambiguous or fuzzy situations effectively.
Experience working with SAP.
Understanding of Costing Analysis and Tooling Strategy development.
Knowledge or experience in Statistical Application and Project Management.
At least 3 years of experience in Project or Quality Management.
