E-commerce Product Executive

Collaborate with marketing and SEO team to bring product listings to the top of search and boost search traffic and purchases.
Work with IT and business teams to help develop test cases for all features that connect the system to the e- commerce platform, write user guides, document, workflow.
Research and evaluate competitors&039; online sales programs and implement development strategies for the company&039;s online channels.
Monitoring and reporting on inventory, payment, fraud, shipping, checkout, chargebacks, promotional and all on site operational owned functions
Execute tasks assigned by manager.
Planning and coordinating with the marketing team to implement, monitor and be responsible for the effectiveness of internal and external campaigns to ensure revenue and profit targets.
Coordinate with operation and other teams to handle product- related content, orders, customer complaints.
Coordinate with Product Team of multiple Brands’ ACFC and update product properties to update product fields on website/app ACFC and e- Commerce marketplaces.
Plan and implement sales promotion strategies for each Brand on E- commerce platforms
Monitor key performance indicators for the website/app, e- Commerce marketplaces and develop plans to improve them
Generate and update content (products, content, stock, promotions, …) on e- Commerce marketplaces such as (B2B; B2C như Tiktok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, …) and website/app of the company

Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable.
Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (browsers, basic HTML, data files...)
Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e- commerce context
At least 2 years of practical experience in operating on one of the e- commerce platforms Lazada/Shopee/TiKi/Tiktokshop, ... in the field of fashion, cosmetics, accessories...
Good data analysis skills
