About the Role
As a Ecommerce Operations Associate, you will play a key role in driving the day- to- day commercial performance and operational excellence of brand stores across e- commerce platforms.
This role will handle store operations, campaign execution and support the Digital Brand Manager in driving growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring strong cross- functional alignment.
You are expected to think commercially, execute at a high standard, and proactively identify opportunities to improve store performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Store Operations & Merchandising Excellence
Lead optimization of product listings, content, visuals, pricing, promotions, and assortment to drive conversion and sales growth.
Ensure best- in- class store hygiene, content freshness, and consistency in line with brand and platform guidelines.
Own end- to- end store operations and merchandising for assigned brands across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Campaign Execution & Commercial Support
Support the Digital Brand Manager in planning and executing platform campaigns, promotions, and key commercial initiatives.
Ensure campaign readiness across content, pricing, inventory, and operations to maximize performance and ROI.
Monitor campaign results, analyze performance gaps, and propose optimization actions.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Translate data insights into clear recommendations and actionable execution plans.
Track store KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, sales, and operational metrics.
Analyze performance trends to identify growth opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
