E-Commerce Manager

· Identify emerging E- commerce trends and technologies to stay competitive in the market.
· Lead and develop E- Commerce team, setting goals and providing coaching and guidance so that the team smoothly execute daily activities on the e- commerce platforms.
· Establish and grow relationships and implement joint online business planning with partners.
· Deliver integrated campaign planning, execution, and evaluation in online channels with strong collaboration across brands.
· Collaborate with SCM team to provide sales demand plan & forecast accuracy.
· Collaborate with Marketing, Design teams to plan, coordinate and execute online merchandising initiatives, measuring different approaches to messaging, design, and targeting those which drive the best results and response, across websites and devices.
· Drive P&L accountability and continuous optimization assisting with Accounting team.
· Develop yearly and quarterly strategic sales plans for brands by working with relating departments.
· Manage a budget of marketing and trade activities that lead to traffic and conversion on online stores.

· Bachelor&039;s degree in business or marketing
· A strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work
· Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines; proven track record in achieving set objectives.
· Strong negotiation, problem- solving, collaboration skills
· Ability to adapt to evolving role and responsibilities, open to new learning opportunities and improvements
· Proficiency in English
· Smart business acumen, strategic thinking, drive for innovations
· At least 2 years experiences at the same position in personal care industry, proven experience in developing, executing campaigns & promotions to drive traffic and sales in Vietnamese online retail
