As an E- commerce Executive you work closely with Key Account Manager to manage the e- stores on E- commerce platforms. You are responsible for executing plans, operating the e- stores, ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience. You will work with a cross- functional team including Marketing, Design, Training to optimize product listings, manage selling stock, deliver best- in- class visibility and implement campaigns to enhance our online presence and drive revenue growth. You are accountable for Customer Service via Live chat, contributing to increase sales by CEM project, Video and Feed post. You provide accurate and frequent reports to E- commerce Key Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Promotion set- up: set up and schedule promotion price, voucher, GWP, Deal 0đ…etc, ensure all implementations are accurate with planned promotion. Be onsite and work closely with KAM at pre, during & post campaign for execution and evaluation.
· Stock management: Collaborate with E- Commerce Key Account Manager and external stakeholders to proceed inbound, outbound and ensure adequate stock for campaigns as well as shelf- life of SKU
· CEM & Other customer engagements (Video/Feed post): post product content on “Feed”, upload video on the E- commerce aps. Create and send CEM messages to different target consumers. Follow up and optimize these function to acquire more traffic and sales to the e- stores
· Customer Service: Check messages, answer and advise to customer’s inquiries about product information, promotions, discount vouchers…ect via Chat box. Assist customers to order, exchange on e- commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiki. Resolve customer complaints within set SLAs (service level agreements)
· Rating and Review management: Feedback to customer review, ensure all customer reviews are well- answered and advised in advance.
· On- site ads set- up: know how to set up on- site ads campaign including paid search ads, discovery ads, Affiliate in order to execute the on- site traffic planned by E- commerce Key Account Manager
· E- store operation: upload and update product contents, images to e- store, ensure product pages are always provided with correct and detailed information. Set up banners, SIS decoration on time and correct in the campaign period & refreshed on the regular basis, at the highest quality for on- site exposure.
