E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities

Provide specialised knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.
Implement the e- commerce activities.
Implement the customer loyalty programmes.
Promote good service performance.
Track and report the business outcome of data- driven insights.
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
Prepare insights report on the data- mining outcome.
Other ad- hoc tasks from manager.

Requirements

Enthusiastic with newly developing business and have "can- do" mindset.
Familiar with Shopee/Lazada business culture, sales campaign planning
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Related industry experience in outdoor or performance sports category e- commerce background preferred
At least 1 years of experience in e- commerce, good knowledge of Shopee/Lazada store opening process
Strong passion for an active lifestyle (is preferred) including running, cycling, hiking, or other outdoor activities
Self- driven personality with excellent problem- solving and troubleshooting skills
Highly detail- oriented, organized, and proactive
